Jeanne Sinnott

Jeanne’s practice focuses on legal disputes, both in and out of court.  Although she prefers to find ways to resolve disputes so that her clients can avoid the stress of litigation, Jeanne is not afraid to take a case to trial.  Jeanne has successfully litigated cases in state and federal court, including bankruptcy court.  

Jeanne’s expertise is in the litigation process, but she has specific experience in commercial, real estate, business, probate, and trust litigation.  Jeanne also has significant experience representing financial institutions in collections, loan workouts, and lender liability defense.   

Before Wildwood, Jeanne was a partner at Miller Nash. A native of Chicago, Jeanne grew up in Ogden, Utah. Jeanne spends her free time fixing up her 1911 Portland home, working on her tennis game, and spending time with her husband, Rob, her two boys, and her dog, Mambo. 

Jeanne has been recognized by Oregon Super Lawyers every year since 2011.    In 2025, Jeanne was listed by Super Lawyers as a Top 50 Oregon lawyer and Top 25 Women Oregon lawyer.  In 2018, Benchmark Litigation named her to the 40 and Under Hotlist.  Jeanne was on the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section and is on the Board of the U.S. District Court Historical Society for the District of Oregon.
